PROTIP # 1

Top 5 things to have in your dance bag

#1- Dance shoes for each style of dance you take

Even if you don’t take each style every day, you never know when you can fit an extra practice in or know what a guest/master teacher may prefer.

#2- An extra pair of tights and leotard

You never know when you may be running late and don’t have time to stop at home. Spills, rips and broken straps may catch us by surprise, but don’t let it ruin your class!

#3- Sewing Kit

For those times your shoe elastic snaps or your leotard strap breaks. You can quickly sew it or even safety pin them in place.

#4- Hair Supplies

Hair supplies are essential to keeping a clean look during class and rehearsal. Always carry extra bobby pins and elastics to secure your hair or in case you don’t have time to stop home to fully make your bun.

#5- A water bottle and snack

Dancers need water to stay hydrated. You never know when a rehearsal will run long and you need something quick to keep your energy up.
